Another cheeky Primark Haul - There won't be another for a little while but I wanted to treat myself to a few bits and pieces for my holiday!
Let me know what your favourite item is - I'm absolutely loving the playsuit.. especially in this heatwave! It's been cool and comfortable and I wore it loads on holiday too. I might pick it up in a few more patterns.
Enjoy! xxxx
With my holiday being just a month away I thought I'd pop into Primark to pick up some Spring/Summer pieces! I'll definitely be popping back very soon to get some even more summery pieces - I need new swimwear and maybe some beachwear too.

Whats your favourite item in my haul?
Finally, I had the chance to sit down and film a proper video. Whilst I love love love Vlogging and have been uploading vlogs over the past few weeks, I do enjoy sitting down to share some new purchases and to have a ramble to you guys.

It is all very well me setting these New Years Resolutions, but I feel like this year it is important to focus on monthly goals to help me achieve them rather than focusing on the year as a whole. I think it's nice to have a few smaller, less pressing goals that you just want to do, well, because you can!
I also want to tell you about this steal of a Jumper that I'm slightly OBSESSED with. I had a bit of a 'new year, new improved me' moment when I bought it so clearly, it deserves a blog post.
- J A N U A R Y -
T O - D O L I S T
- read one book
- start weekly vlogs back up
- peel, chop, slice, dice and freeze fruit ready for morning smoothies
- start meditation, stick to it
- be better at posting about new posts/videos on twitter, facebook, pinterest & instagram.
- find and start my first 30 Day Challenge
- make a good start on the whole 'stop snoozing' my alarm thing...
- clear out my Spotify playlists. It goes back to 2011. Eek.
Now for the jumper. This pale grey and bright yellow bad boy was a steal at just £12 from Primark.
My best friend Charlie and I spotted it at the same time, tried it on and both loved it back in December, so it was purchased there and then. But I knew I wouldn't wear it until the New Year. I'm not entirely sure why, I think the bright yellow just made me feel like it'd be the perfect 'fresh' colour to wear in the New Year and it would make me feel all peppy and productive whenever I put it on. A little odd, but I just went with it, a boost in productivity is always welcome no matter how it comes about.
The jumper is so lovely and chunky that it feels luxurious and expensive, without the purse actually being hurt in the process. It's also super warm too, which is a huge bonus in chilly January. I'm also thinking it'll look nice in the Spring when you don't need a big coat, but still want to keep warm if the sun goes in!
Have you set any smaller goals for January?
Last week I went on an early morning shopping spree. I wouldn't normally head to the shops the moment they open, but I happened to already be out so I made the most of the empty aisles in Primark and seriously shopped. I purchases blush pinks, soft greys, rose golds and whites to start my transition into my Autumn wardrobe and I absolutely adore everything I picked up.

If you see me around anytime soon, the chances are I'll be wearing this suede skirt or stripey shirt... or most likely, both. The top is the perfect 'everyday' top, it's super comfortable and just the right length to hang nicely over jeans or tuck into a pretty skirt. Enter this Suede beauty. I fell in love with this skirt so much that I went back to buy it in black too. Both the top & skirt are from Primark, so they're also incredibly affordable, together they're under £15! I've paired them with my oversized scarf from Accessorize and Chelsea boots from ASOS.
Top - Primark
Suede Skirt - Primark
Oversized Scarf (similar)- Accessorise
Chelsea Boots (similar) - ASOS
Bag - Oasis
Watch - Floozie by Frost at Debenhams

As well as this being an outfit post, I just wanted to talk about the place I took these photos, on the beach, my happy place. One of my favourite things to do is take myself off to the beach to clear my head. I love to go alone so I can just focus on my own thoughts and shut the world out a little. Sometimes I take my camera, but I stay off my phone and social media whilst I'm there, as I do find it difficult to switch off from it sometimes. It's the perfect time to zone out from that internet bubble.
Where is your happy place?
It's the time to go out and buy new summer pieces that make you feel fabulous right? I popped to the shops recently and picked up some absolute beauties. Lots of Primark with some Accessorize, Miss Selfridge and Virgos Lounge thrown in there too!
If you enjoyed it, please give it a thumbs up & I'd love it if you subscribed to see more videos!

On a night out on the town you want to have all the essentials, but to be carrying as little as possible, right? I thought I'd give a run down of what I take on a night out with me if I'm taking a clutch bag!
I'll start with the bag itself. I recently purchased it from Primark and it's fair to say I'm in love with it! At an incredible £6, you can't really go wrong. It's got two zipped sections, gold hardware and is in a matte grey crocodile print. The perfect chic addition to any outfit.
Tried out a stop motion video for the first time to go with this post. A little mid-week video for you, it's only one minute, have a watch!
Phone. For photos, drunk videos, taxi numbers, finding a lost friends and for realising it's 4am and time to go home... your phone will be a necessity.
Money, ID, Student Card. I've only photographed the money for obvious reasons but money and your ID are essential if you want to get in anywhere! I take my student card out as there can be offers for students, so I take it just in case. As my day to day purse is a bit too bulky, I take out the pink lips purse to keep my money in one place.
House Keys. Obvious one if you want to be getting into your house at the end of the night!
Lip Gloss/Lip Stick. This is the only makeup I'll take with me on a night out as I never end up retouching it, even if I do have any on me! I'll just take the lip product I've got on that night so I can re-apply throughout the night.
Hair Bands & Grips. At some point I'll probably get fed up with my hair and either want to grip some bits back or put it in a pineapple... normally on the walk home. I don't always use them, but helpful to have incase myself or a friend is in need!
Plasters. New heels, ouch. Need I say anymore?
Mints/Gum. Although they're not pictured I like to take some to keep my breath fresh throughout the night!
What are your essentials on a night out?
