Yes, you heard it right, it's birthday week for me!

(I don't know the source for this, but if anyone does, please let me know! It's gorgeous & want to give credit where it's due!)

You see,  I'm 5 at heart and although I'll be turning 20... I find my birthday so ridiculously exciting that I make the most of it and make celebrations last a week!

I'm a sucker for planning. But I also love surprises. So, I have to learn to be Miss. organised, but also let my friends (aka, the decorations committee) take the lead too...

I have an absolutely jam packed week, with auditions, hair appointments, dinners out, friends visiting, rehearsals, seeing family and obviously partying very hard, but I shall try my absolute best to keep little Love On The Wall in the loop.

There will be hundreds of photos, so be expecting a rather photo heavy post next week!

I will be vlogging my birthday weekend, which will be going up on my channel. next Wednesday!

I also will be doing VLOGMAS! I'm going to do it in weekly videos, rather than daily as my life isn't exciting enough/I'm too busy to do daily vlogs!

Just a little update from a rather busy G! Now, I'm off for dinner with the Mr. & my family!

The excitement of christmas is getting far to much for me so I thought I'd share my favourite Christmas songs with you! I pretty much love EVERY single christmas song. They all make me jump around the room with festive glee...

Happy, feel-good and makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Pretty sure this one is one of my dads favourites, it always makes me think of him, so Dad this ones for you!

If you don't love this song... I don't love you. That is all I have to say.

Bit of an unusual one, but I covered it with my brother a few years ago and I will always love it!

Not a traditional christmas song, as you can probably tell from the title, but it's happy and catchy as hell. 'Santa, you bitch. Didn't get a damn thing on my christmas list' haha!

Nothing better than a soppy bit of Wham!

Of course, there is Michael Buble's christmas album too, my favourites are 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' and 'Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)

If you're enjoying the christmassy songs & the John Lewis Christmas advert, have a look at mine and my housemates cover of Somewhere Only We Know - Keane/Lily Allen to get you in the festive mood!

What are your favourite christmas songs? :)

1st December 2013 - 7th December 2013
(WARNING: I have managed to relate everything to christmas... I'm a little excited)

(Photo From Pinterest. Source Unknown)

1. It's December! Therefore I can start playing christmas songs nonstop, I can wear christmas jumpers, eat loads of mince pies and just be as christmassy as possible whenever I can!

2. Buying Christmas presents for my loved ones. I love writing lists and being organised, planning what to buy each and every special person. Also, christmas hampers with homemade bits in are high on my list this year for presents for family, so browsing through blogs like Cider With Rosie & A Beautiful Mess has been lovely.

3. Having productive, yet lazy afternoons. Coffee in Caffe Nero and then a productive afternoon of me writing blog posts whilst Henry sorts out his band stuff. AND he's allowing me to listen to ONE christmas song... scrooooooge!

4. Getting the cutest reindeer stamp in my ticket en route back to Brighton on Monday.

5. Getting a free glass of champagne in L'occitane whilst christmas shopping!

6. I bought my first ever onesie... It's cute, christmassy and very cosy.

7. Making it on my uni end of term gig! Something like 300 bands auditioned, so I'm really greatful to have made it on! Get yourselves to Coalition in Brighton, Friday 13th for the gig!

8. Hearing my little brother say his one line from his Nativity play. He said it very very little enthusiasm, but it was super cute all the same.

9. Passing my first two uni assignments. Only 5% each, but every little counts!

10. Vanilla Chai tea. It's definitely a new favourite!

What made you happy this week? :)

I am the biggest child when it comes to my birthday. It get so super super excited and, despite 19 not being the most exciting age, I'm just as excited to celebrate my birthday this year! Family birthday tea is one of my favourite things ever and it will be lovely to be at homeMy best friend, Charlie, is coming down from Southampton to visit and I miss her like crazy and can't wait to catch up on everything (like our regular hour long phone calls aren't enough...) Due to it being assessment week (mine is on monday... eeek!) I have no lessons on my birthday! Celebrating in brighton will be so much fun and I will be documenting the whole day on here in a very photo heavy post. I might even use the big girl camera....

what's your favourite thing about birthdays?!
Hello blogging world!
Oh, how I have missed you and boy, do I have a lot to tell you! There's been some huge changes in my life the past few weeks.
My lack of blog posts is due to the fact I have no internet in my new flat (waaah) We get it on Wednesday, so then I will be able to pour my happy thoughts into blog posts.
Due to this I'm currently sipping on a salted caramel hot chocolate and munching a salmon and cream cheese bagel in Starbucks, the things we do for Wifi ey?!

I'm now a Student at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music and I no longer live at home! I'm living in a flat in Brighton with three lovely/crazy housemates and I absolutely love it. The freedom of not living with parents is pretty cool and although I miss my family, I'm so happy here and I thought I'd miss home a lot more than I do! Brighton is such a cool place. You walk out of a club at 3am and sit on the beach... The sun comes out so you go for a walk along the seafront... You want a vintage dress so you go to the lanes. I can see myself being very at home here for the next three years! There have been some other changes, that I won't go into on here. Although the change was hard and upsetting, I know it was the right thing to do.

Today is my first day at BIMM. Am I nervous? HELL TO THE YEAH. But I'm also so excited to start building my confidence and developing myself as an artist. Our induction was insane and so exciting. Presentations from the tutors, performances from live bands and interviews with industry professionals. A highlight for me was the interview with Amy Winehouse's parents about the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which my uni does a lot to raise money for. The best part without a shadow of a doubt was a interview with Lawson, as the drummer, Adam, used to go to BIMM. Being a Lawson fan for two years, going to every tour (bar one) and meeting them a year ago gives you an idea of how excited I was...! Even better when they said they had free tickets to give us for thier gig at the Brighton Centre that night. I went with a few friends and had such a great night!

So, that's the past three weeks of my life for you. An absolute whirlwind and full of excitement. I feel like i've just thrown lots of words out and they've gone splat onto the page... but there was no way i could organise all of those thoughts, haha!

If all goes well with the wifi there will be a '10 Things That Made Me Happy This Week' post on Sunday!

What have you been up to recently? Have you just started uni too?
