Despite the recent snow-storms and minus temperatures we've had, I've been shopping for a few affordable pieces to kick start my Spring/Summer wardrobe. I'm loving prints and bright colours and desperate for a little warmth, sunshine and let's face it... a tan!

What are your fave pieces in the haul? Let me know!

I'm desperate to update my wardrobe by slowly introducing a few pieces for Spring (longing for a little sunshine and warmth!) but I'm also really trying to watch my spending. I popped into Primark to pick up a few pieces, to refresh my style a little without breaking the bank!

Who doesn't love a Primark Haul?! They have some beaut pieces in there that I had to resist, but there'll be many more hauls to come, that's for sure!

What's your favourite item? Blue velvet boots win it for me I think!

Finally, I had the chance to sit down and film a proper video. Whilst I love love love Vlogging and have been uploading vlogs over the past few weeks, I do enjoy sitting down to share some new purchases and to have a ramble to you guys.

This is a Primark Haul - including some BARGAIN leopard print boots, neon coral sweaters and palm leaf prints so you do not want to miss out!

I love a trip to IKEA. Not afraid to admit it.
So re-doing my bedroom was the perfect excuse for a trip to eat Swedish meatballs and pick up some new bits for my room. You can see what I picked up in the haul and how I've made some of the furniture a little more exciting and unique.

Oh and possibly the best part, I've found the cheapest and most amazing sunglasses storage solution... ever.

I love finding a dress that makes me feel great and doesn't break the bank in doing so! My Mumma actually picked this dress up for me, in Tesco of all places! It's in the F&F collection and it was around £14. It's comfortable, light and looks lovely cinched in at the waist to give it more shape, or left alone to give boho vibe to it. Although this colour isn't in stock anymore, they have a gorgeous black floral print and orange paisley print one in the same shape. You can see this and many more pieces, in my super affordable Summer Clothing Haul at the bottom of this post.

We snapped these photos whilst I was heading out for dinner with Henry, the light was so beautiful and I felt so great in the dress that I wanted to get the photos done there and then! I maaay have made him pull over in the lay-by next to the field to do so...

It featured in my recent Summer Haul, with all items being super affordable and UNDER £28! I shopped everywhere, Primark, H&M, Topshop, Brand Melville, Tesco, Pull & Bear... the list goes on.
I do love a good re-fresh in the skincare and beauty stash! Seeing new products sitting there all full and pretty on the shelf just makes me feel a little bit warm and fuzzy inside. No half empty bottles, no  chance of hitting pan and no product shaking to get every last drop out! So when I had run out of a lot of my essentials at the same time, I knew it was time to head to Superdrug to stock up!

I felt I needed a few new items to the wardrobe so I got a little spendy in Primark & Miss Selfridge and popped into Boots to pick up my bathroom cupboard essentials!

Hope you like it! xxxx

Primark comes into its own in Autumn & Winter. Chunky knitwear, oversized scarves and winter dresses everywhere you look. I love it! Although Brighton has one of the smallest Primark stores, which unfortunately means they don't have all the best stock, I have found some absolute gems in there recently! So naturally, it called for a Autumn Primark Haul!

It's the time to go out and buy new summer pieces that make you feel fabulous right? I popped to the shops recently and picked up some absolute beauties. Lots of Primark with some Accessorize, Miss Selfridge and Virgos Lounge thrown in there too!

What are your favourites this month?

Hello there beauties!
I do not own this image. Source Unknown

Living in a student flat, you can't really decorate or make it 'homey'. I am forever thinking about when I can finally have a little house/flat that I can call my own and make it how I'd like it. I read blogs about making a house a home all the time and I get so jealous because I want to do that right now!

Although I can't make my flat nice, I can make my bedroom lovely and just how I like it, and I have. My room is full of little things I love; photos, candles, cute and interesting books and fairy lights. As part of this 'Home Sweet Home' series I will be filming a Room Tour so keep your eyes peeled for that!

So, as I can only lust over things I'd put in my own house, I thought I'd start a blog/vlog series! You can expect to see room inspiration, storage ideas, wish/want lists and haul of bits and pieces I pick up for my room. Luckily a lot of things I see (unless they're kitchen or bathroom things) will work in my room.. or at least I will find a way to make them work! (I definitely get this from my mum whose job is in interior design!)

Check back on Sunday for the next 'Home Sweet Home' post!
hello!

My January Shopping Haul!
Oh wow. Vlogging is SO much harder than it looks! I was so nervous, which I'm sure comes across in the video, but I'm hoping the more I vlog, the more confident I will get. Any tips or tricks are welcome, but be nice, I'm new to this!

As I mentioned in the vlog, I have done lots of shopping this month. Here are some of the accessories and pieces of jewellery I have purchased!

These rings were £1 for all 3 in New Look! For some strange reason, all my cross rings have disappeared, so I was very happy to come across these!

These three beauties were from Accessorize. As I have mentioned in a blog post before, I will one day have draw after draw filled with rows of beautiful rings... so purchasing 7 rings on one day didn't seem too extreme. I absolutely love these rings and I got 70% off, so I couldn't say no! I got them for £2.40!

This double ring was 50p from Primark so a super bargin! I used to have a silver cross two finger ring that has disappeared somewhere so it's nice to have a replacement.

My favourite purchase, also from Accessorize for only £3.60. I decided I don't wear enough bracelets, normally due to that fact I choose a necklace, I choose my rings accordingly depending on what necklace (gold, silver, rose gold etc...)  so by the time I get to bracelets I'm fed up of trying to match things and I give up! But I want to start wearing more of them. I love the iridescent green that runs throughout the bracelet and I haven't taken it off since I got it. Although, I am hoping it doesn't fall off though, as it is only magnets holding it on!

This was also to start off the bracelet collection. A simple pyramid stud bracelet in silver that was £1.80 from Accessorize!

This bag is from Asos, £12 in the sale! It's a black satchel with gold studs and scalloped edges. I haven't stopped using it since it arrived. It's the perfect size to fit everything I need in it! Seems to fit a lot more than it looks too, which is always handy! You can buy it here!

I hope you enjoyed this little winter sales jewellery and accessories haul!
What bargins have you bought in the sales?
Link me to any of your blog posts or youtube videos about it, I'd love to see them!

Hello there!
I went shopping with my Mumma the other day and picked up a couple things that made me so happy I felt it was an absolute necessity to blog about them!

First of all, there was a big sale on the jewellery in Primark (I'm assuming they were getting rid of things to make room for the A/W jewellery!) I got the these 4 items for £4!

Cross outline earrings - 50p!

Blue Gem Ring - £1!

Turquoise Stud Peace Ring - 50p!

Almond Shaped Ring - £2!

I dream to, one day, have a mansion... with a walk in wardrobe... (I did say dream!) in which there is a  draw that is full of row after row of amazing rings. Different shapes, sizes, colours. Like when you're at a market where there's so many rings on the jewellery stands and no two are the same!

The next two items I have to thank the lovely Zoella and Tanya Burr for! After seeing thier vlogs mentioning these two products I decided I had to try them out.

Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon in 'Peach on The Beach' - £8

I AM IN LOVE! I will definitely be purchasing these in the other shades available! This bright peach shade is 'Peach on the Beach' (such a great name!). I wouldn't say it lasts for 10 hours, especially not if you're eating or drinking, but that doesn't bother me as I find that with most lipsticks/lip crayons anyway! These are super moisturising, highly pigmented and SPF 15 is a great addition. I would definitely recommend these to anyone, especially if you can get it for free with your boots points like I did!

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer in 'Soft Beige' - £5

Annoyingly, I have dark circles under my eyes, which, I know are probably never as obvious or bad as I think, but I will forever see them as the bane of my life! I'm always on the hunt for a good concealer to cover them, and any other blemishes, up. This blends nicely and does the job! I'm also considering purchasing the Wake Me Up Foundation too!

So, That was my mini haul! Hope you enjoyed it and let me know if you also use the products or if you have any to recommend!

Hey!

So, I'm not ready to film a video haul yet, but I thought my blog would be a great place to talk about the things I bought whilst on a road-trip in America! (Blog post about my holiday to follow!)
Who goes to Disneyland and doesn't purchase Minnie or Mickey ears? I certainly don't, but, surprisingly, these weren't easy to find! The place was filled with sequinned minnie ears but I was adamant to get the normal ones. After running from one end of the park to the other, I found them! Picked up some cute key rings too!

My Mum gave me a dark navy Nars eyeliner a few months ago, it was amazing and I was gutted when it ran out! When I saw this beauty in 'Via Veneto' (black) in Sephora for $25 I couldn't resist treating myself. It's very highly pigmented and really is a 'long-wear eyeliner'. Despite the price tag, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a strong and long lasting eye-liner.

After admiring this mug on the Anthropologie website for months, I finally got it! Although the letter 'G' wasn't my favourite of the colours, compared to the other mugs, it's my initial so there wasn't much I could do. But despite that, I absolutely love it and I can't wait to have tea in it when I move to my student house in September! (eek!)

I think this Umbrella Ring Holder is super cute. This is also from Anthropologie and will be going in my new bedroom. The two rings were from a lovely shop I went to in Colorado and I thought they'd be a nice addition to my collection!
I didn't do a lot of clothes shopping in the US, but did pick up two items. I got a light weight floral print kimono from Brandy Melville. It's a gorgeous shop with very 'tumblr-esque' clothes (if that's a thing...haha!). I could of shopped there for hours! I also got a loose fitting black jumper with silver studs on the shoulders from Forever 21. Warm, cosy and great to just sling on over jeans.

Obviously I had to get my hands on sweets that aren't available in the UK. These are so yummy, especially as I love watermelon! I also picked up Reece's Miniature Cups and three Trader Joe's 'Dark Chocolate, Caramel with Black Sea Salt' chocolate bars. To be quite honest this chocolate is indescribable and possibly the best chocolate ever. Get yourself to Trader Joe's to try this!

My bag of nail varnish may be overflowing... but I can't resist new exciting nail varnishes! The American Apparel Silver Glitter was free for signing up to thier newsletter, love a freebie! The other two were from a shop in Colorado called 'Del Sol', a shop crammed full of colour changing clothes and accessories. In full sunlight, 'Pretty In Pink', the shimmery white, turns to a bright barbie pink and 'Confetti', the purple glitter, turns to a navy blue glitter. I'd never seen anything like this before so I had to buy some when I saw it!

This phone case was also from Brandy Melville and I absolutely love it. I seem to collect phone cases and I'm always chopping and changing them. I'd seen designs like the Brandy Melville ones online, but not in any shops in the UK.

Saving the best 'till last! My Steve Madden 'Wanting' Wedges, black leather with a dull gold buckle. I love a bargin and these were definitely that: $100 down to $50... which is about £35! With my Steve Madden 'Dynemite' heels being the most comfortable heels ever, I knew these would be a good purchase.

So, There you go! those were some of my purchases from America! This is my first 'haul' blog post and I definitely enjoyed writing it! Hope you liked it!
