I'm back by the seaside again! Back with my beautiful view of the sea and back to the daily trudge of going to uni and having to prioritise essays over blogging. I'm sorry I've neglected my little corner of the internet for a week or two. I've been uploading videos consistently, with now two a week popping up on my channel. I'm aware that in my last year of university, upping my upload schedule to two videos a week was probably not the best idea, but I want to have all the memories of my last year for us all to look back on, so I'll keep up with it as much as I can.

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with how much I have on my plate right now, to be honest, but my blog is one thing I don't want to let slip. I know the thing I should do is become more organised and more importantly STOP PROCRASTINATING. I have my blog, my youtube channel, an acoustic wedding duo, a few wedding photography & videography jobs, a wrist operation in a months time, the third year of my degree and then general life and having fun too. Oh, and the small task of looking for internships and jobs so I can start real adult life in June. Eeeek.

I don't want to let my blog and channel fall behind though, this is my outlet for everything and I'm so happy when my content is creative and up to date. My time off is spent taking photographs and writing about an exciting weekend, new pair of boots or a snazzy new outfit and I enjoy that. I have lots of ideas, some more achievable than others, some I'll need to rope the Mr in for and some that are actually related to my dissertation (more on that at another time!)

What I am trying to say is, I'm still here and I'm most certainly not going anywhere but if I disappear for a week or two it's because I'm drowning in notepaper, with an achey post-op wrist, no singing voice and probably shedding some tears!

It's that time of the year when you've got your results, you've had your big night out to celebrate and now some of you will be heading off to university this September!  I'm going into my third year at uni. It's going so quickly but I'm having the most amazing time with the most wonderful people, so although it seems daunting, please don't worry about a thing!

This is obviously my way of raising a glass to you. Well done! A-levels are officially over. It's Uni Time!

Before I went to university, there was a substantial lack of videos about it on YouTube. So I thought I'd make some advice videos myself!

 Last year I covered:

This Year I'm Talking About:

You can head over to my channel & watch my University Videos on a Playlist by clicking here or on the links above. Or watch my new ones below!

So if you're off in September, I wish you the best of luck and hope you have a fantastic time! If I have helped at least one of you with my tips, that'd be amazing.

Please share these videos with your friends if you find them helpful!
Hello February, be a gooden', will you?

I'll give you one guess as to why my name is 'Love On The Wall'...

I've felt a little uninspired recently...
I think it's due to not planning ahead and thinking properly and sensibly about things. I convince myself that I'm always busy, but every time I say this, I'm sat in my bedroom after an afternoon of gossip and netflix... not exactly busy, ey?

I need to get my arse into gear! This is in everything I do. I need to actually do those workouts and feel better about myself, I need to actually take the time to read my camera manual from start to finish, I need to actually sit down and do some of my uni assessments. Then, I can reward myself with the lazy afternoons of netflix, the burgers and cocktails on a friday evening. At the moment I do these things, but I don't feel like I deserve them as I don't always put the effort into 'life' that I should.

I've decided to give myself a kick up the backside I'm going to attempt to blog every single day in February. I've got some super, super exciting events coming up this month so I'm really looking forward to telling you all about them! If I have to post every day, I have to plan ahead and really think about things.

So, we'll see how this goes, I might miss a day, but so what I'm only human. But, it's an achievement I'd like to make happen this month.

I guess I'll see you tomorrow then!
When you are at university and living away from home, your friends become your family.

You over share, you laugh, you cry, you get drunk and you love them all to bits.

We thought we'd have a little christmas together before we headed home for the festive period.

I was very excited about laying the table, as make-shift as it was! (We used the garden table from my balcony!)

Myself and Fran's first attempt at cooking Christmas Dinner, pretty great if you ask me! But I didn't have loads of time to snap it, I was staaaarving!

THIS is house students do christmas. Just look at that magnificent tree...

After we'd stuffed our faces, we continued to stuff our faces with Quality Street, open our secret santa presents, play ridiculous games and celebrate into the early hours!

Not beautiful photographs, but they hold a lot of happy memories for me so I wanted to blog about it!

Did you have christmas with your friends?

Hello blogging world!
Oh, how I have missed you and boy, do I have a lot to tell you! There's been some huge changes in my life the past few weeks.
My lack of blog posts is due to the fact I have no internet in my new flat (waaah) We get it on Wednesday, so then I will be able to pour my happy thoughts into blog posts.
Due to this I'm currently sipping on a salted caramel hot chocolate and munching a salmon and cream cheese bagel in Starbucks, the things we do for Wifi ey?!

I'm now a Student at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music and I no longer live at home! I'm living in a flat in Brighton with three lovely/crazy housemates and I absolutely love it. The freedom of not living with parents is pretty cool and although I miss my family, I'm so happy here and I thought I'd miss home a lot more than I do! Brighton is such a cool place. You walk out of a club at 3am and sit on the beach... The sun comes out so you go for a walk along the seafront... You want a vintage dress so you go to the lanes. I can see myself being very at home here for the next three years! There have been some other changes, that I won't go into on here. Although the change was hard and upsetting, I know it was the right thing to do.

Today is my first day at BIMM. Am I nervous? HELL TO THE YEAH. But I'm also so excited to start building my confidence and developing myself as an artist. Our induction was insane and so exciting. Presentations from the tutors, performances from live bands and interviews with industry professionals. A highlight for me was the interview with Amy Winehouse's parents about the Amy Winehouse Foundation, which my uni does a lot to raise money for. The best part without a shadow of a doubt was a interview with Lawson, as the drummer, Adam, used to go to BIMM. Being a Lawson fan for two years, going to every tour (bar one) and meeting them a year ago gives you an idea of how excited I was...! Even better when they said they had free tickets to give us for thier gig at the Brighton Centre that night. I went with a few friends and had such a great night!

So, that's the past three weeks of my life for you. An absolute whirlwind and full of excitement. I feel like i've just thrown lots of words out and they've gone splat onto the page... but there was no way i could organise all of those thoughts, haha!

If all goes well with the wifi there will be a '10 Things That Made Me Happy This Week' post on Sunday!

What have you been up to recently? Have you just started uni too?

2.
Having a big meal and drinks with my friends before some of us go to uni. Emotional goodbyes are hard, but it was such a great nigh.

3.
Dairy Milk Giant Chocolate Buttons. They will be the death of me. I can not resist them!

4.
Going out for lunch and spending the day with my granny and grandpa. So lovely to catch up with
them.

5.
My little brothers face when I unexpectedly picked him up from school on Monday.

6.
Wrecking Ball - Miley Cyrus. So, the video is a little extreme when it comes to the 'being naked and swinging on a wrecking ball' bit, but she does look amazing in the close up shots of her face. It's such a great song and I can't stop listening to it.

7.
Learning my own songs on the piano!

8.
Watching 'Spiceworld'. Who doesn't love the Spice Girls?! Thier music will forever put me in the best best best mood! Who else had it on VHS and got the limited edition version in the metal tin?!

9.
Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon in 'Peach On The Beach'. I can see myself buying these in every available shade!

10.
My surprise present from my best friend, Charlie. A One Direction photo frame, Cupcakes for my family, a wooden heart shaped wall hanging that says 'Seasons come and go but friendships last forever.' and a lovely letter which brought a tear to my eye! She's the cutest and I absolutely love her!

The next time I post a '10 Things That Made Me Happy This Week' post... I will be sitting in my new bedroom in Brighton! eeeek!

What's made you happy this week? <3
